Havencrest

Havencrest was a small pre-war town built atop a ridge overlooking the Utopia basin along the north banks of the Ohio River.

Vault-Tec built the local vault (212) on the outskirts of Havencrest as an agricultural research facility in partnership with Dandy Boy Apples.
